The SONIC is built on a brand new Peugeot 3500 kg chassis fitted with the latest 2.2 HDi diesel engine which conforms to the most recent Euro 4 anti-pollution standards producing 120 bhp and 320 Nm of torque. This super smooth engine together with the six speed gearbox is extremely economical, effortless to drive and makes easy work of town traffic, hills and the open road.

Reliability comes as standard with the assurance of Peugeot's three year or sixty thousand miles warranty on Peugeot parts. Such is the quality of these vehicles, service is only required every twenty thousand miles or two years.

With the gross maximum weight of the Sonic being 3500 kg, it can be driven on a standard car licence and no MOT is required for the first three years.

SPARE WHEEL: Whilst we provide a spare wheel, we also provide a tyre weld and inflator so that where the maximum payload is required, you may choose not to carry the spare wheel which weighs 30 kgs and in the event of an emergency, the tyre weld will enable you to continue with your journey in most cases. The weight of the vehicle is quoted without the spare wheel. THE SONIC AND SUPER SONIC HORSEBOXES~The horses travel rear facing between the axles giving the lowest possible centre of gravity for a safe and comfortable ride. The fully adjustable partition provides two stalls and the low wide ramp with safety loading doors helps to encourage your horse to load and travel happily.

The SONIC has the added benefit of a tack/changing room which is totally seperate from the horses and incorporates two saddle and bridle racks and two coat hooks. There is additional storage for rugs etc ... over the cab.

The SUPER SONIC has been designed to cater for the owner who requires a greater payload with the ability to legally carry two larger horses in a compact yet economical and powerful horsebox.

With all the features of the Sonic but rated at 4000 kgs, the SUPER SONIC has a carrying capacity of 1500 kg and an up-rated front axle to cope with the extra load.

To complete this impressive package we have fitted the new 3.0l HDi diesel engine which produces 157 bhp making it a true thoroughbred.~~~725~1409~~
